Villa Vedas won the best villa in the Yak Awards Winner 2014, is set on 3,500 square metres of freehold land located at Pangkung Tibah village. The villa itself represents approximately 1,800 square metres of construction, and is a modern architecturally designed home that is unique and unequalled, with many interesting design features, most of which have been meticulously fabricated on site. The villa is designed and engineered to feature a breathtaking 22 metres span without any supporting columns in order to provide an unobstructed view right through the property and out to sea. The property features a large living area, dining areas, a bar, a media or snooker room, and two bedrooms downstairs, and three bedrooms upstairs. The living area can be opened to benefit from the regular breeze off the ocean, or alternatively enclosed and air conditioned by deploying the Häfele glass sliding wall system, and turning on the Daikin VRV central air-conditioning system. Villa Vedas is a spectacular and otherworldly venue for weddings, retreats, company offsite meetings and other events. This absolute beachfront property with unrestricted beach access offers total privacy, tranquility and sweeping panoramic views in all directions. Designed specially for weddings and events, Villa Vedas can seat up to 220 guests throughout its extensive gardens and on the stretch of grass on the beach in front of the villa. >> HEALTH AND SAFETY << To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and staff, we have adapted our procedures to follow WHO guidelines and global best practices:  Cleanliness at the villa - Deep cleaning and sanitizing of villa prior to guest check in - To further ensure your safety in line with international cleanliness standards, prior to check in we will professionally disinfect hard surface areas with a spray gun to ensure all areas are duly covered. A non-toxic, medical grade spray so you can be assured of a safe and clean stay. - Daily cleaning of common areas as well as bedrooms and bathrooms.  Your safety     - Hand sanitizers are available in every villa. Face masks provided upon check in. - Staff will wear masks, regularly wash their hands and undergo daily temperature checks. Kitchen staff wear masks and gloves. Staff during cleaning will wear a mask, face shield and gloves. - Daily temperature checking of staff and guests upon check in - Any guests showing signs of fever, dry cough, sore throat, shortness of breath and muscle pain will be referred to the local hospital Social distancing - Our staff observe social distancing rules and will wear gloves when serving F&B - Although they might be physically distant, be rest assured that we will still deliver the same warm service with a smile! ASK US ABOUT HOSTING YOUR WEDDING! - Maximum number of guests 250 seated or 300 standing - Venue Hire Fee Starting from IDR 10,000,000 - Banjar Fee IDR 4,000,000 - Special One Night Wedding Offer Villa Vedas offers a discount of IDR 10,000,000 on the venue hire fee for one night stay weddings, which we offer on specific nights that are adjacent to existing bookings, and that suit our calendar. We offer an additional IDR 5,000,000 discount (for a total discount of IDR 15,000,000) if a guest chooses a single, “stranded” night between two bookings that can be hard to sell. - Security Deposit For the convenience of our guests, we prefer just to hold a passport until the guest folio is settled at checkout, against which we can advance substantial credit without having to take a security deposit. However, if guests prefer not to offer up their passport as security, we require a security deposit of IDR 10,000,000 (or equivalent in other currencies), which must be topped up with additional IDR 10,000,000 deposits as soon as the guest folio exceeds the security deposit. The security deposit is refundable on check out if paid in cash on arrival, or within 3-5 days of check out if paid by bank transfer. Cash is preferred as it can be returned during check out, which avoids an unnecessary administrative burden for both parties. Kindly note that any damage caused to the villa will be borne fully by the guest and / or the EO on a joint and several basis, and that liability for any damage caused is not limited to the amount of the damage deposit. It is in the interests of everyone that no damage be caused to the villa. - Curfew There is no curfew - Accommodation Next to Villa Vedas Bali Beach Glamping (BBG) is a fabulous 40 room glamping resort (sleeping up to 90 guests) next to Villa Vedas. Bali Beach Glamping is reasonably priced, incredibly fun, and features a pool, beach bar, restaurant, spa and gym. Bali Beach Glamping also offers fabulous beachfront weddings in its own right.
