The waterside deck will probably be your favorite outside space! The fire pit is just behind the deck and will make a wonderful backdrop as you listen to the loons and eagles. Sibley Pond is a very quiet and private lake. Kayaks and a canoe are on property for renter's use. INSIDE ~ Large open concept space. You can expect limited boat traffic in our little cove. The pond is great for swimming and for small children as the water gradually increases in depth. Water depth around the dock is around 2 feet deep. You will enjoy kayaking or canoeing in the lake, or up the river just down the shore. If fishing is your thing, there is bass, perch, sunfish and brook trout.
