The house has central air w/ an additional window unit in the bedroom so guests could control the temperature settings. The kitchen is open to the living room w/ a microwave/convection oven, induction cooktop, full sink and cabinetry. There’s an under counter mini fridge. There’s an island w/stools and full set of pots, pans dishes utensils and flatware. Private driveway, front entry and stairway to second floor.
