The 5-star (DTV) apartment is located above the rooftops of Dresden. The indescribable view from the spacious balcony and from the living room will always be remembered. The apartment is completely newly built and located in the historic building of a former luxury sanatorium in the King's Park Dresden in the house King Albert. For friends of nature, there is a beautiful beech forest in front of the door. For art lovers there are over 50 works of art from 4 centuries in the apartment infinite possibilities in the city .. A place to rest (just a former sanatorium) or quiet concentrated work. The apartment has with the two rooms for 2-3 persons 96 sqm and two balconies. It is on as 110 square meters - apartment for 4-5 persons or 140 square meters - apartment for max. 8 people. The latter then with an extra bath.
