The 42 square meter terrace is covered with granite paving and Theumaer plates. The large garden area offers plenty of opportunities for sunbathing. Large trees and shrubs, a stream and two small ponds adorn the fenced property and turn it into a true oasis. The nearby forest, many hiking trails, equestrian centers in the area and many attractions throughout Vogtland invite to active vacation. The house is a Non smoking object.
