Welcome to a beautiful family-friendly resort situated on turquoise water and white sandy beach in Freeport, Grand Bahama. Treat yourself to breathtaking views of the ocean and tropical gardens from the private balcony. This place offers something to everyone from a tranquility getaway to an exotic place to telework. Soak in the sun, soft sand, and clear water of the ocean or swimming pool. Watch the sunset’s rich red & orange colors gradually fade into soothing pink across the water and sand. This private condo unit #3302 is located on the 3rd floor. The unit has one large bedroom, a large living room, one bathroom with a walk-in shower and an adjoining vanity room, and a central A/C. It has recently been renovated and decorated with much of the artwork from local artists. A beautiful private balcony off of the living room overlooks the entire condo courtyard and has beautiful ocean views. Take a seat outside on the balcony and enjoy a drink or a meal while looking at the beautiful views. The large bedroom has two full-size beds that can sleep up to four (4) guests comfortably. The bedroom also has a large walk-in closet and two large dressers, and a nice sitting area for two. The living room has one sofa bed (queen) and one couch and can sleep up to an additional 2 to 3 guests. Next to the sofa is a comfortable sitting chair and footstool with nice courtyard and ocean views. All living room furniture has been recently reupholstered with a soft, comfortable matching blue fabric, (not yet shown in any of our photos). You can enjoy the views or relax watching the new flat screen television with all available Firestick Apps. Additionally, the dining area combines with the living room and has a dining table for your use. The newly updated galley-style kitchen is a fully equipped space with a full-size electric stovetop and oven, toaster, coffeemaker, teapot, and all other necessary utensils for cooking and eating. A brand new refrigerator and pantry cabinets have plenty of space to store all your groceries during your stay. In addition to the cookware, we provide miscellaneous convenience items such as travel mugs, water bottles, food containers, and reusable grocery bags for your use while staying at the condo. Unlimited filtered water (not purified) is installed at a separate faucet at the kitchen sink. In addition, we provide a five gallon bottle of purified water. You can easily refill the bottle at select locations. The fully tiled bathroom is a combination of two separate rooms. It starts with a vanity room followed by a private bathroom. The Vanity room has a separate sink, mirror, closet, and a towel/bathing suit drying rack for your convenience. Beach and bathroom towels are provided. The bathroom has an additional sink, mirror, and walk-in shower with double shower heads, one of which can be removed and used as a handheld sprayer. The unit is located by the elevator for your convenience. Our condo unit also includes two large beach umbrellas, one beach lounge chair, and unlimited in-room Wi-Fi. Laundry machines and dryers are available on each floor for guests' use. Tokens are available in the lobby. This gated community offers 24/7 security cameras located outside of our condo unit around the entire property. Security guards monitor the grounds 24/7 via security cameras and patrol. The lobby has a friendly staff that is available for any questions or concerns from Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Experience the adventure of Grand Bahama! Dolphins, golf, beaches, water activities, shops, dining, and so much more! Just minutes away is shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. Many places deliver food for your convenience. Enjoy a walk to Port Lucaya along the white sandy beach. Port Lucaya offers a great dining and shopping experience. Public transit stops are just up the street; taxis are available from the lobby. You can arrange a rental car and pick it up from the airport or many other locations around the city. You can either find free street parking outside the condo complex or purchase a paid visitor parking spot at the resort (very affordable).
