Maple Villa - The Beach House by the Bay

This gorgeous house with four spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen and open plan living areas with water views, small garden for kids to play around. This is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy your holiday or business visit in Brisbane with your whole family. Short walk to Wynnum Manly esplanade and park lands, public transport and shops/ restaurants. Easy access to Brisbane CBD via train. This free-standing four bedroom house (House No. 83) set on nearly standard 405m2 square block in our compound with all modern facilities. This is a Maple Holiday Villas managed holiday compound with only two houses and common facilities including swimming pool with views through to wonderful Moreton Bay and it's islands. The house floor plan and the layout of our compound included in photos for your info. Please go through our house rules and guests info booklet available to view in our website. Our standard rates include up to four adults and two children below 12 years old. We charge $25 per head per day for the bookings with additional people. Check-in and access After confirmation of your booking and prior to check-in time, we will send you the link to our online guest registration form. Once you complete the registration form, the code for key safe and WiFi details will be displaying on the screen. We keep entrance door key (round headed), backyard door key (square headed) and the remote for garage door in the key safe. We are available on short notice for emergencies or if you require urgent attention.
