Art-House Villa

Away from the noise of towns and large settlements, among evergreen olive groves, lies Art House, a perfectly decorated and furnished holiday villa, with a fenced garden and a unique atmosphere of relaxation and serenity. Art House measures 200 sq.m. in total, and is a stone-built villa that can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one equipped with a double bed and the other with two single ones. The spacious living room, with its unique wooden decoration and strong stone element, offers two sofa beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use, and there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. In the attic you can find two more bedrooms , each one equipped with a double bed and two bathrooms with shower. The garden is fenced and ideal for relaxation – and for grilling as well, since there is a large stone-built BBQ and outdoor dining area! There is also a small pond with fish completes the garden’s serene atmosphere. ***A large swimming pool is now under construction and will be ready for use by the beginning of the summer season of 2021!*** * Air-conditioning * 24hr hot water * Private Parking * Wi-Fi internet access (indoors and public spaces) The whole house and facilities are available for the guests. Cleaning service and fresh sheets are provided every three days, while fresh towels every 2 days. In case you need any assistance during your stay the owner will be available to help you. Art House is located in Kato Gerakari, a quiet settlement of a few hundred residents. The island’s capital is just 11km away, while the village itself offers a restaurant, a super market and a coffee shop. Alykanas village, which is famous for the sandy beach and the numerous bars & restaurants, is located in just 4 km distance. We are available 24/7 for anything you may need.
