Welcome to our beautiful designer apartment in a Cath Kidston theme which is in the best area in Bournemouth - surrounded by woodland trees yet only 5 minutes to the local parade of shops at Winton, near Waitrose, Lidl, Boots etc. Its an inspiring haven of peace and tranquility which is on the 2nd floor of a large Arts & Crafts 1909-built house, the apartment is entirely private with its own entrance and staircase, and it overlooks a beautiful half acre south-facing garden. Time to relax & have fun - We know you will love your stay! If you have a large group of more than 12 people or want more space for any group size, its possible to add on an extra triple room and further bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate WC, and still retain your complete privacy. This bolt-on will then sleep up to 12 persons. If you still require more accommodation, subject to availability of course, you can enquire about up to two additional ensuites (a 4 bedroom family room and a triple king size room, both with exquisite garden views) and/or a triple or quadruple ground floor bedroom (not en suite). We have personally thought through all of the amenities with attention to detail, and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind, to take back happy memories with you. Many guests return again and again as this area and accommodation has lots to offer including Blue Flag award golden sand beaches. Staying here allows you access to the shared half acre garden and free offroad parking in a designated car parking area. There is also free high speed wi fi. As a self-catering apt, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. Usually, a basic continental breakfast of cereals and toasting breads, milk, fresh coffee and teas etc is provided FREE to guests, but if you want a special treat for your stay, then Its possible to request breakfast on a cook-your own basis for only £6 per person per day (minimum 8), where the fridge can be stocked with a generous selection of breakfasts of your choice including fresh fruit, porridge, selection of cereals and muesli, granola, top quality lean bacon, eggs, sausages (top quality), organic / baked beans, toasting breads, croissants, pain au raisin, pain au chocolat, or kippers / Haloumi, gluten free etc (please indicate preferences). The designer kitchen is new and has a breakfast bar and is well-equipped with a fridge, a ceramic hob, a double oven, a SMEG toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave. All cutlery, crockery and glasses, dishes etc are provided, even a corkscrew and an automatic stand-alone icemaker!. The luxury apartment is tastefully furnished and a perfect place to relax and offers a flat-screen television with a SKY box which you can pre-set your favourite programs and access to movie, Disney and sports channels in a great all-inclusive package (no extra charge), also full FREE internet high speed WI FI access and a music player. This apartment has 4 bedrooms which sleeps 12, but upon enquiry, a quote can be given to increase the capacity to an additional bedroom and bathroom which connects on the 1st floor private landing. It comprises the top (2nd) floor (large attic, the original housekeepers flat when it was built in 1909!), and in the larger capacity option (extra cost - please enquire), an inter-connecting door on the half upper landing to a further floor below (1st) in its own private 'wing' with a delightful twin bedroom and extra bed if required with handwashbasin, flatscreen TV, fully furnished overlooking a magnolia tree, and next to its own bathroom with bath, power shower, vanity basin, separate WC. In the apartment's master bedroom, you will find a single sofa bed and a king bed, dressing table, chest of drawers, chair, and 2 wardrobes. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed and wardrobe with drawers and a chair. The third bedroom is the newest one, which contains a double bed with a fabulous en suite shower 'wet' room and vanity basin, with a velux window (hand remote-operated control to open and close the blind in there), and all the rooms are in pastel shades, so colourful and uplifting. Please note, the OPTIONAL fourth bedroom (on the floor below - PLEASE SPECIFY if required), contains 2 beds (twin beds) plus an extra single bed if required. There is additional sleeping space in the apartment's living room, comprising a comfortable pull-out queen bed with sprung base on the Italian leather new sofa. There are 2 bathrooms (3 if you take the extension suite on the 1st floor). The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and vanity basin and a walk-in shower, heated towel rail. The main bathroom in the apartment has a toilet and and a bath with a shower over it, and a luxurious touch-activated LED mirror light, heated ladder towel rail. The OPTIONAL third bathroom (extra cost, on the 1st floor below the apartment), has a separate toilet and handwashbasin, and a bath with a shower over it, vanity basin, heated towel rail, extractor fan etc. Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. If you have any specific requirements, please just ask and I will try to accommodate these. The top floor entrance area has a special video-entryphone, so you can screen callers and visitors before pressing the buzzer to release the door catch to let them enter. The apartment is fully sound-proofed with underfloor cladding and additional insulation. Why not enquire about the optional extras? These can be ordered before or on arrival or during your stay, and deducted from the deposit. BABIES: Travel cot hire with baby blanket and wooden high chair (subject to availability) is £15 - please book in advance. Stairgate hire is £7 per stay. Baby toys and paddling pool only £7 hire.
