Edinburgh - Seton Sands-Cameo Caravan-Pet Friendly

Pets welcome free of charge The holiday season runs from 16th March to 30th November 2020 when all holiday village facilities will be open to include the swimming pool, bar/restaurant, amusements arcade, show bar etc. Our caravan is set in a quiet, peaceful location at the edge of the park with a wooded area, nature walk & 9 hole golf course behind us (away from the main road and entertainment complex). The bus stop and entertainment complex is a 10 minutes walk from the caravan, you can be resting quietly in your caravan or sitting outside with no noise to disturb you and then approx. 10 minutes later be in the showbar, pub or restaurant etc having a drink, a meal and a dance. There is also a soft play area, entertainments arcade and swimming pool for the kids. Pool tables, table tennis and outdoor seating areas are adjacent to the swimming pool. Download the 'Haven whats on app' select Seton Sands and there you will find a complete daily list of events and entertainments on the park. Please note that you will need to buy fun passes at the reception to gain access to the entertainment & swimming complex. Important note - access to the swimming pool and indoor entertainments are subject to government guidelines. Guests have sole access to their caravan and will be responsible for looking after the caravan during their stay, we expect the caravan to be left in the same clean, tidy condition as guests find it when they arrive. This will help us keep costs down for future, existing and returning guests. Your assistance is appreciated, enjoy your stay. I am usually available to answer any questions and offer help where I can, leading up to and during your stay. I can be contacted by phone, text and email. Most of the time I can meet guests between 4pm - 6pm : after 6pm guests may need to use the lock box. We have a "SELF CHECK IN / OUT" system by way of a lock box beside the door which you can open by entering a security code. You will find the keys inside the box and then put the keys back into the box when you leave. No more standing waiting at the reception. I do try to meet all guests but the lock box is a good way of making sure guests are not delayed in settling into the caravan as soon as they arrive. The Holiday Park has just recently received major investment / improvements to the facilities and is very family orientated. The beach is directly across the road from the park. The park itself contains a swimming pool, soft play area, outdoor activities area, pool tables, table tennis, cabaret/showbar, bar restaurant, large outdoor patio area, 9 hole golf course, fishing / ponds, nature walk, games arcade, beautiful landscaped grounds, general store, laundrette, plenty parking areas and very friendly helpful reception and security staff. There is a bus terminus at the entrance to the park. Local buses will take you into Edinburgh, Musselburgh and all major towns in the area. Further bus connections can be made for longer journeys. There is also the train station at Longniddry which is a only a 5 minute drive from Seton Sands. Trains take you into Edinburgh Waverley Station every hour - journey time 15 minutes. You can also get the train to North Berwick every hour - journey time 15 minutes. These times are approx. you would need to check bus & train timetables etc for details. Please remember to allow for the extra expense of buying the Haven fun passes if you want to use the swimming pool & other facilities in the complex. There is no WiFi in the caravan, WiFi is available in the entertainment complex. Guests should note that the price paid is for accommodation only. Fun / entertainment passes to permit access to the pool and leisure facilities need to be purchased separately at the holiday park reception centre. There are park rules in place which do not allow stag or hen parties or same sex large groups. Seton Sands is designed to provide safe family orientated holidays. Have fun and enjoy yourselves.
