Lovely Home in Media, PA - Private Bedrm & Bathrm

Peter and I and Phoebe, our dog are welcoming hosts. We have a beautiful home with a spacious front yard and large comfortable porch. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom on the first floor of our home. Use of the living room, kitchen, washer & dryer may be available. We are within walking distance of public transportation, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and more. We are within minutes of access to major highways. You will have easy street parking in front of our home. Our home was once the carriage house to our neighbors Victorian. It is in a quiet yet conveniently located setting. The rooms are bright and airy. People often comment on how comfortable they are in our home. Our decour is eclectic and artsy. Route 476 and I95 are a 5 minute drive. The airport is 20 minutes away. Philadelphia is a train ride away or a 30 minute drive. Swarthmore college is 10 minutes away. We are close to many other colleges and universities as well as art museums and theatres. Main Line towns & King of Prussia are 20 to 30 minutes. Media is a conveniently located town. We can assist you with getting around, site seeing suggestions, tips on the area, etc. We want your stay to be comfortable and pleasant. Media Borough is the county seat for Delaware County. The borough has about 6,000 residents. It is a wonderful and welcoming town. We have many shops and restaurants as well as a theatre and art gallery. Media hosts numerous festivals and has a Sunday farmer's market from May to November. It's logo is Everybody's Home Town! We are within walking distance of trains, buses, and the trolley. Routes 476 and 1 are within 5 minutes as is I95. Route 3 is 10 minutes away. Media is very convenient to most anywhere you'll need to go.
