The coach house with approx. 75 square meters has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (extra bed and with a cot possible), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Everything is lovingly and individually decorated. The living room with comfortable seats (dining area) and additional dining area offers space for a pleasant stay. The house has an LCD TV, WiFi connection, electric fireplace, gas grill (outside) with outside seating, kitchen with a nice small dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, stove, fume hood, oven, large fridge, freezer, dishes and many utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower head. Interim cleaning is available on request. The gas grill use is one-time € 15. Dogs gladly on request per 12 euros. The Berlin city tax is 5% of the rental amount and is payable on arrival. This does not apply to professional stays.
