The apartment is ideal for couples who wish to enjoy a high living standard during their stay in Malta and is fully furnished and equipped for the perfect holiday. This apartment is a fully serviced apartment operated by a property manager guaranteeing you a clean and hassle-free stay. The studio apartment forms part of a house having its own private yard and entrance. The property manager will assist you upon check-in to make sure no communication with the residents of the house is needed. Located in the Il-Majjistral Nature Reserve next to the sandy beach of Golden Bay, you find yourself in the greenest and most astonishing part of Malta. Even though, you're on a short distance to populair tourist attractions such as Popeye Village, the city of Mellieha, Riviera Beach etc. you find quietness in this area all year round. The area is also very popular among hikers, bikers and other adventurous explorers. The apartment consists of an open living/dining space with a queens sized bed with wardrobe leading to a private internal yard, a bathroom and a kitchen. The apartment rents fully equipped and furnished including a washing machine, wifi, TV, fire-blanket & extinguisher and a smoke detector. Guests are provided with clean bedlinnen and an extra set of clean bed linen, a set of clean towels, sanitary supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags etc.), washing powder and cleaning detergents and materials. Please note that we offer a check-in and check-out service 24/7 but we charge €25 extra for check-ins after 8PM. Upon arrival I will welcome you into the apartment and give a quick overview of the functions and appliances of the penthouse (switches, boilers, AC's, washing-machine etc.) A check-in delivery report including an inventory list will be presented and used by check-out in order for me to return the deposit. You will be able to reach me by phone during your stay should you require any further assistance. Please bring your passports or ID cards of all the guests staying in the apartment. Please note that water and electricity is included in the price but we urge you to make sure that the airco's are switched off when you leave the apartment
