The House The house is a 6 bedroom, 2.5 bath property, with a porch, dining room, living room, terrace, large den/dining (three season), 2 fireplaces. Property The property is 30 acres, with a pool, tennis court, stream with swimming hole, pond, and fields/woods to explore. There's also a barn! Property can be made available for weddings outside upon request and at additional cost. House, pool, outside property. NO GUEST ACCESS to the barn, garage or other outbuildings unless otherwise agreed with owner. Guests will be alone - interaction with hosts is only via email and phone. We love the privacy of the property. Middletown and Goshen are nearby with all necessary amenities. Minnewaska state park, Harriman State Park, Bashakill Wildlife Reserve, Moonbeams Preserve, and other parks and reserves are nearby. Mt. Peter for skiing is also nearby. Trains from Manhattan arrive at Middletown (7 trains per day, about 2 hours per trip), with a 10-15 minute drive to the house.
