House is in a private setting. 4 acres at end of cul de sac so it’s very quiet, well off the roads but close to lots of area attractions. Also close to train into philly Both the room and private bath are very large and comfortable. Located at the end of a cul de sac on 4 acres. Extremely private, quiet and peaceful. Very large yard with a couple of Adirondack Chairs to sit in and watch the sunset. The neighborhood is Radnor Hunt country with many horse farms and great vistas. you will have your own entrance I will be available for local info, sights etc Neighborhood is safe and very quiet Close to trains I am close to restaurants, markets, banks, drugstores and train into Center City if needed
