17th Century, spacious, characterful cottage with hot tub with WiFi

Thank you for choosing to look at our lovely cottage. Some information before you read on.... Our cottage is available to book from Monday to Monday Friday to Friday Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday. (Please do not request other arrival and departure days, we cannot accommodate them, many thanks) During this uncertain time with the Covid 19 situation we have signed up to the enhanced cleaning regimes, which will keep you and us safe. We also follow Welsh Government guidelines, and require full names and postal addresses for all guests staying in the cottage. A few questions I have been asked recently.... When reserving The Olde Threshing Barn, you will be asked to pay in two installments. 25% on the date of booking and the following 75% 30 days prior to your arrival. Please read our cancellation police for full details, however a brief outline is if you cancel within 30 days you will receive a full refund of monies paid. During the Covid 19 pandemic, ALL reservations that had to be cancelled due to government legislation and lockdown received a FULL refund and VRBO also refunded the service fees. Thanks you .....x The cottage is generous in it's proportions with three spacious reception rooms, the dining room with seating for up to six around the dining table, a homely sitting room with gas stove fire and large 42 inch surround sound T V, lovely for cozying up in the evening, and a bright, sunny conservatory, with sofas, a great place to switch off and read a good book or the Sunday news papers. There is a large farmhouse kitchen with lovely gas range stove and all modern conveniences, with built in fridge and dish washer, fully quipped with utensils any cook would be proud of! The utility room, has a washer dryer, large freezer and lots of coat hanging and boot drying room if needed. There are two bedrooms, one twin bedded with T.V. and one double bedroom with lavatory and hand basin en suite. The is a large family bathroom with separate shower and luxuriously deep bath, there is also a third lavatory next to the utility room. The outside is laid to lawn, with gravel path ways. The hot tub is next to the cottage in a secluded part of the garden.
