Perfectly located in Dalton, GA -Minutes to Hamilton Medical Center -Less than 1 mile from I-75 -1 mile from Dalton State College -1 mile from North Georgia Convention Center -27 miles to Chattanooga airport -30 min to downtown Chattanooga -Minutes to downtown Dalton -1 hour north of Atlanta Perfect location for business travel or for a weekend getaway. Excellent location centrally located to great shopping and eating options. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking EXTRA CARE to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. This Guest room is fully furnished with a confortable Queen size bed, sofa bed, Ceiling fan, Smart TV with streaming tv box, Netflix, WiFi, mini refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, full size closet, full size bathroom. This space is a private room on the 2nd level with a private entrance. High speed wireless internet smart TV for entertainment options, login to your personal accounts . Also access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Cable TV. We’re available via text. We’re happy to assist. Happy guest is our goal. 😊 Great neighborhood area. Centrally located, our space is about 1 mile from I-75, just a few minutes to the downtown area, 5 minutes to Hamilton Medical Center. Only 30 minutes to Chattanooga. Convenient to plenty of shops, dining and grocery stores. Also 1 mile from Dalton State College. There are sidewalks all around, safe neighborhoods with sidewalks to walk. Everything is just a few minutes away. Our guest room heating and air is ran from our central unit which is control by our thermostat on the main level. We try our best to keep the air/ heat at optimal temperatures for the current weather environment however, we do also offer you a heater, blankets and a floor fan should you need to warm up or cool down. Extra person fee after 1 guest is $10/ per person per night- max 2 guests. Please let us know the EXACT number of guests that will be staying so that we may prepare and accommodate your stay comfortably. For rentals of more than two weeks is required a Deposit of $200. Free parking space for one car. Additional parking space for another car is available, $5 per night. Please let us know. For long term rentals ( more than 2 weeks rental ) we have the option to clean the room every weekend (extra $30 cleaning fee per weekend) let us know if you are interested. When it’s time to checkout : 1) Leave all dirty towels and bed sheets in bathroom floor. 2) Remember to tightly bag your trash & Take out all trash to the green garbage can, under the steps. 3)Turn on the ceiling fan. 6) Please close the door.
