This detached holiday home with a beautifully grown, fully fenced garden is located in a holiday home area, in the immediate vicinity of the famous thermal and therapeutic bath Gunaras. It is close to the small town of Dombóvár with numerous amenities, as well as very cheap for day trips to Lake Balaton, to interesting cultural cities or to the state capital Budapest. The completely renovated and newly furnished holiday home in 2016 on a 350 m² garden plot is divided into a bedroom, a cozy living and dining room with a comfortable couch corner, a separate fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower on a living area of 33 m² and toilet. So you are welcomed to a holiday together with up to four people. In the small bedroom you sleep in a comfortable box spring bed (200 cm x 140 cm) with a continuous mattress. After a day trip, relax in the living room on the comfortable couch, while the television with satellite TV, including German television programs, provides entertainment in the evening. The couch corner can be converted into a 140 cm wide sleeping area in no time at all. A dining table invites you to a self-prepared meal. The kitchenette allows you extensive self-sufficiency using two hot plates, a mini oven, a refrigerator, as well as a coffee machine, kettle, plenty of dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. Free bed linen and towels are available in the house. On the covered veranda and the terrace behind the house you can really relax on the garden furniture. A grill is also available for private use on request. In addition, your dogs are very welcome and can move freely on the fully fenced property and in the house. The holiday home is ideal for large and small guests - for everyone who values a relaxing holiday or a cure or would like to exercise in the fresh air - while jogging, Nordic walking, hiking, fishing or cycling on our own rental bicycles. After only approx. 200 meters you will reach the famous thermal and medicinal bath Gunaras with its wide range of wellness and spa services. The nearest small town Dombóvár with many shops, good restaurants, bars and cafes is only about 3 kilometers away. During your stay you can get to know the diverse leisure and rich cultural offerings in the surrounding area on interesting excursions. It is only 45 km to the European Capital of Culture Pécs and the flower city Kaposvár, approx. 70 km to Lake Balaton and approx. 120 km to the state capital Budapest, which is always worth a day trip. For those who want to cool off in the cool water on hot days, our newly built 6x3 meter swimming pool at the Waldhof holiday home, which is only 1 km away, will be available free of charge from spring 2017.
