Year round home on just shy of an acre in the hamlet of Adirondack NY on the East shore of Schroon Lake. 1 block from the town beach, close to the historic Adirondack General Store. Near hiking trails, biking, fishing. Town tennis and basketball court, baseball field around the corner. This peaceful property has a large backyard with an old barn. Screened back porch with fire pit and an open front porch with Adirondack chairs. We supply kindling and firewood. Kitchen is fully stocked and boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and gas range, coffee maker., toaster, blender and plants of pots and pans. The dining area has a large country farm table as well as stools for additional seating at the kitchen counter. The queen size beds are 12 inch memory foam. In the loft there is a pullout couch with a comfy memory foam mattress. Need to do some work while away? The loft has a large desk and the house is equipped with high speed internet. Behind the kitchen is a screened in porch. The open space yard has a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. The perfect place to relax in the evening and toast marshmallows. There is a propane grill for outdoor cooking. The entire home and yard. We live locally and are available for any questions or problems. The hamlet of Adirondack boasts its own post office, telephone booth with working phone, Adirondack General Store and a great little town beach that is great for kids! Close to hiking trails, biking and great for swimming and fishing in Schroon Lake. This is a great place to unplug and enjoy the peace and quiet, relaxing to sounds of loons and great sunsets.
