Breakfast is optional. Coffee, tea, real milk, sugar, biscuits are provided for your arrival. It is separate from the main house, has no shared facilities and has its own front door. It is modern, cosy, comfortable, clean, sunny, airy and full of light. It looks onto lush greenery. You have your own alfresco dining area outside as well and use of the patios. There is no damp, no barking dogs and no high rise. Wifi is available.. Location The Garden Oasis sits behind the main house in a wide tree lined street with street parking at all times. It takes 4 minutes to walk to Lane Cove Village which has many restaurants, cafes and shops. Coles, Aldi and Woolworths are within walking distance. The main bus exchange is a 8 minute walk and the express buses run to the city in 8 minutes.. Another bus, even closer will take you to McMahon"s Point wharf where you can take the ferry to Circular Quay passing the Opera House and going under the Harbour Bridge. Lane Cove River winds through the suburb with parks with water access and many bush walks.. Blackman Park is wonderful for nature lovers. Suitability This tranquil retreat is suitable only for a solo female who wants security and comfort at a low cost. The owner is a female and lives in the main house. There are only 2 steps outside and inside . The ceilings are raked, 2100, (7 feet ) with beams in the main part with a split level to the kitchenette and bathroom where they are slightly less, therefore are more suitable for someone under six feet (1800). Perfect for a single female of any age. Perfect for stays 2-7 days only. Perfect for those attending courses away from home or those needing a break from long train travel to work each day, Perfect for those in between moving etc. Perfect for those visiting the North Shore Hospitals.
