The holiday home is located in the south of Thuringia, very quiet, directly at the forest between Lauscha and Steinach. The convenient location, with numerous hiking trails invites you to explore nature. Ideal for all dog lovers. The huge garden has a fire pit, barbecue, marble table and a beautiful view of the mountains. The highlight is a wood-fired outdoor sauna with a spring-fed plunge pool. The house with its two bedrooms is suitable for three persons. - Bedroom with double bed, large wooden wardrobe and sound system. - Small bedroom with loft bed about 80 x 200 cm and wooden shelf In the entrance there is a cloakroom, wardrobe, fridge with freezer, Microwave and hot water boiler. The bathroom has underfloor heating, electric heater, corner shower toilet and sink. In the fully equipped solid wood kitchen you will find gas stove, stainless steel sink, as well as electrical appliances and kitchen utensils of a full kitchen. In the living room there is couch with armchair and stool. The height-adjustable marble table can be used both for dining and as a coffee table. 48 inch flatscreen TV with SAT reception and 4. 1 sound system complete the equipment. A special visual highlight is the water-bearing stove, through which the entire house is heated. Firewood for heating the house and the sauna is of course available free of charge. The house was last renovated in 2017.
