Private Villa with pool set in the nature

A traditional Villa set on a natural reserve in Umbria (really close to Civita di Bagnoregio, Orvieto, Viterbo etc etc) . This is Etruscan land that has been classified under the status of “protected territory” since there are Etruscan tombs on the slope above the house, and therefore by law no new structure can be built. The acreage of the house leads all the way down to the river, and has a population of wild boar, porcupines, an occasional fox. Great open spaces inside the house and vast gardens outside, with a private swimming pool and separate guesthouse with bathroom. Kid friendly, the house is stocked with books games and toys for traveling families, comfortable and bright, well equipped. Wifi throughout.
