The owner lives permanently in the house. The facilities are at your disposal for exclusive use. Relax outdoor at the terrace or the sunbathing area with pavilon, parasol, garden furniture and porch swing. The playground with swing and sandpit makes children's hearts beat faster. For the quick cooling you can use the garden shower. Barbecue possibilities are available. The campfire place promises romantic evenings. The common used pool area is open from the beginning of June until the end of September and offers an outdoor pool (heatable, 3.7 m x 7.3 m, depth 1.3 m). Your fitness, you can keep busy with boccie and darts. Your holiday apartment: Your studio offers 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 20 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. On colder days your studio can be heated with electric heating and central heating (wood/coal). Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is on the ground floor and ground level and leads over a 180 sqm terrace directly in the porch with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:Ground floor: Dining room 25 sqm and with tiled stove, lounge, dinette, TV and radio. The dinette offers space for 14 persons. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 4 tables, 14 chairs, porch swing and parasol. Cooking nook in the dining room 25 sqm and with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (1000 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. 2nd floor: Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed, lounge, TV and radio. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 8 sqm and with bathtub, 1 washbasin and WC. In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children and electric iron.
