This bright, inviting bungalow is the perfect spot for your Island getaway. Bowser is Vancouver Island's best kept secret with all the amenities you need and none of the busy city traffic or noise. Fall asleep listening to the gentle ocean sounds and wake up to a beautiful sunrise on a sunny day. Stroll the quiet neighbourhood, walk the beach or hike in the woods, it's all here waiting for you. You have access to the whole property but the yard is not fully fenced so make sure your pet(s) is with you or on a leash. There are tons of off leash trails nearby for walks and pups love the beach. We have our own little Grocery store in the neighbourhood (Tomm's), quite a few eateries, a library, gift shop, gas station, hardware store, pharmacy, Things & Stuff Antiques & collectibles shop, convenience/liquor store (Georgia Park) We're the best kept secret on the Island our little town. Quiet neighbourhood and we do have a bus that runs to Qualicum Beach and back everyday with transfer access to Nanaimo. We are a short distance to beach access, it's a pretty steep walk up and down to the beach so wear proper footgear and the beach is a pebbly walking beach, not a sunbathing beach. Great for collecting seashells and looking for playing seals, sea lions or eagles.
