Cape-cod style house right on the St Joseph River! Three miles away from Notre Dame Campus. Beautiful river view. Front porch with seating. Backyard with pergola deck, in ground pool, LOTS of seating and room for entertainment. You will have access to a living areas, a dining area/sitting area, two bedrooms (one with king size bed, one with queen size bed) & one bath. The TV area has a full length couch- suitable for sleeping. We have an air mattress available as well. Lots of parking! walking trail across the street with work out equipment. Two parks within 1/2 mile. Restaurants, shopping and bars within 10 minutes either direction. Pet friendly & safe! PLEASE NOTE we have two cats and two dogs (WHO WILL NOT BE PRESENT FOR YOUR STAY) we have our home thoroughly cleaned prior to guest arrival, however if you are allergic to animals please consider this. Pool is available for use when season permits, please let me know if pool will be used- extra $100 a night for pool. ****pool is closed for the season 8/8/21**** We are a phone call / text away and will be in the area during your stay if anything else is needed! Please take into consideration that I do have four animals- two cats and two dogs.
