The Space Welcome to HongKong "my comfortable house"! ---EXCELLENT LOCATION--- The apartment is located in heart of Hong Kong - Yau Ma Tei We are located at Nathan road , just 1 minute walk from the closest subway stop (Yau Ma Tei MTR exit C) with the airport bus stop . you can visit all the major shopping malls and attractions in Hong Kong in one go ! Convenience stores, Bars, Supermarket, grocery stores, pharmacy, massage salons, fruit shops, shopping mall, post office , cafe, bakeries, bus stops ....Easy access to everything you may need in the neighborhood. ---FACILITIES--- Our apartment has three bedrooms and one living room, totally fit 7 people. Two of the rooms can fit for 2 people, the rest room can fit for 1 people. The living room has 1 double sofa bed which can accommodate another 2 and serve up to 7 people in total. Bedroom 1 : Double bed 4' x 6' (48" x 72" / 122cm X 183cm) Bedroom 2: Double bed 4' x 6' (48" x 72" / 122cm X 183cm) Bedroom 3: 1 tatami bed ( fit 1ppl ) Living room: Double Sofa bed 5 x 6'5" (60" x 80" / 150 cmX 205cm) Our house has fine decorated with full furniture. All the bedrooms, bathroom , living room and kitchen comes with window which provided you a good air circulation and sufficient sunshine in the house, that give you a good place like back home. Of course in order you to experience our superior living experience as our guests, we already provided you with full furniture included HD TV, air conditioning (in both bedrooms and living room) , refrigerator, washing machine, electric boiler, rice cooker, cooker and most importantly - the free Wifi which allow you to access to internet to keep contact with your friends and family during your vacation. Our building has security guard which ensure the safety of your stay and property; we will tidy up the entire house after our guests check out and the next guest entry in order to provide you an comfortable and superior stay in our house. Our house provide slippers, shampoo and shower gel. (Response to support environmental protection, we do not provide towel, toothbrush and toothpaste) ---THE LOCATION/LANDMARK--- The nathan road is just down the road...very convenient to the MTR station and the bus stop from the Airport. 8 mins walk to the lady market & The Sneaker Street(Garden road) which you can purchase all kinds of sport shoes that you can never find in the world. The Sai Yeung Choi Street where allow you to buy the most updated electronic product. Langham Place is not far from our house (10 mins walk).... Harbour City , TST 1881 and the Avenue of Stars can be reached in 8 mins by taking sub-way. And of course you shouldn't miss our most popular attraction - Ocean Park (10 mintues sub-way in Admiralty, then take the No.629 bus) and Disneyland (30 mintues Sub-way) Food: There are a variety of restaurants nearby: Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indian, Thai, western food and street food for late night hunger. Needless to say: you would also be well served by McDonalds, Pizza Huts, Subways, Deli-france, and other fast food. ---SURRONDING AREA--- Next to our building , there is convenience store, store , supermarket , Pharmacy and Foreign exchange shop. Bonjour ,SaSa and other cosmetics shop are just nearby. Broadway , Suning & Fortress allow you to buy the most updated electronic product. The sneaker Street (Garden road), lady market , Langham Place etc.. ----OTHERS---- In order not to affect your neighborhood , please try to keep your voice down during your stay. But dont worry, it is similar, similar location and all near the mtr and bus stop(A21) with good condition.
