Calming decor, beautiful 1910 pine floors, and all the convenience of a smart home. This is a sun filled room with a queen mattress, bay window, closet, desk, dresser, and keypad lock on the door. The house is heated by stream radiators in the winter, and window AC units are available from June-August. Questions? Just ask! Though the house was built in 1910, it's equipped with the fastest WiFi available in Manchester (and fastest modem/router combo)! This 6 bedroom condo is located on the edge of Manchester's North End. Nice places to jog through the old mill houses, and close enough to walk to Elm Street (where the restaurants and bars are). Moderately quiet street, nice neighbors. Guests have access to shared living room with HD Roku TV, sitting room, full kitchen (all on the 1st floor,) and two full bathrooms (1st & 2nd floors.) Laundry machines are in the basement and can be used for free (just bring your own detergent). We love our beautiful old Victorian, but expect to find squeaky floors and sticky doors! If you plan to cook, please bring your own food but you can use any spices, coffee, pots, and pans at the house. I just moved out of the house, but my wife and I live around the corner. Our house manager Diana is also available to help most days of the week. Check-in is a self check-in, so you can come and go whenever you need to. We often meet our guests, but not always. We're happy to help with recommendations and/or questions! Messaging us through the Airbnb app is the best way to contact us. If you have any issues, please let us know right away! Manchester is an up and coming town, not yet manicured but with some really nice highlights. My street is on the edge of the North End, which means it's relatively affordable (a couple blocks up you see mansions) but still really close to the bars and restaurants (a couple blocks South). It's safe to walk to Elm street or jog up to Livingston Park. It has easy access to the local hospitals and universities (MCPHS, Franklin Pierce, SNHU, and UNH). The SNHU shuttle bus is just down the street. Restaurants and Bars on Elm Street are a 10 minute walk. You can easily use Uber or Lyft for longer distances and airport pickup. Free parking is available on the street directly in front of the house, and in designated spots on surrounding streets.
