Quiet 400 square foot 1 bedroom apartment. Front porch has a couple of chairs and table also a little charcoal grill and a nice view of the Smokey Mountains. King bed, walk in closet, large shower, kitchen area equipped with full size fridge, gas stove, microwave coffee makers and all that would be needed to cook and eat with. Living room area has recliner, love seat (twin sleeper), desk, drop leaf table and two chairs. WIFI and TV with DVD player, USB ports. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing! This apartment is attached to our garage which is 150 feet from the back of our home. Quiet residential neighborhood located in a typical country town. Since we live in the country there is no public transportation. Personal transportation is probably a must however there is Uber and Lift availability. All within an hour's ride are the city of Knoxville, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, The dragon-HWY129, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Great Smoky Mountains, Cherohala Skyway, Maryville College, University of TN. Clayton center for the arts, Tellico lake- with public boat ramps and swimming at Vonore Beach or Fort Loudoun State Park, Royal Oaks golf course. Denso Manufacturing and others. The town of Greenback is a typical country town where we still have a 4th of July and Christmas parade, an old train Depot where farmers market & craft sale is held weekly, along with other bookings. We have a post office, banking (ATM), Diner, several churches and other businesses located nearby. Maryville is the next largest city to us and offers everything other cities would offer. Knoxville TYS airport is a 30 minute drive.
