Our house is located in a beautiful and quiet cove next to Germantown. It has 5 bedrooms (two are connected together) and two full bathrooms upstairs. The kitchen, living room, two dining rooms, a half bath, and a sunroom are downstairs. The kitchen has been updated with new light fixtures, and a flat top electric cooking range. The floors are built with hardwood and new tiles. Baby crib, high chair and playpen are provided upon request. TV is only in living room with Xfinity. Fast Internet. We are in a very nice and safe neighbourhood right next to Germantown at Kirby and Poplar Ave area. Easy access to Highway 385. It is 20 minutes to Memphis airport and 28 minutes to downtown. Guests can access the entire house including the two car garage and fenced backyard. We enjoy socializing with our guests but we also respect your privacy. We will provide you the front door access code on your check-in day. If time permits, we would love to meet you and show you around the house. This is a very quiet, beautiful and more importantly safe neighbourhood. When you are inside the house, you will hear silence. Since we are on a cove, there are plenty of free parking along the street and our driveway. Do not park in front of the neighbors yards please. We ask our guests to keep voices down when you are outside, especially in the evening hours. Only registered guests can be at the house. Please do not bring your local friends to party at our house.
