Your cozy holiday home is elevated on a hill of Santa Ponsa in a quiet residential area. Here you live in a dreamlike quiet surrounded by a mature, tropical garden in the midst of greenery and yet are in a few minutes on the beach, on the golf course, in the heart of Santa Ponsa with its shops and restaurants. Ideal for a holiday where you want to have short distances to all sorts of holiday activities, but away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy peace and relaxation. You live on a spacious plot of 1. 200sqm, which offers a variety of seats for sunbathing and relaxing around the house next to the pool area and a beautiful garden area, so that as a family there is a retreat for everyone. The house itself is created in a single-storey construction. The entire property is separated by a wall, has a radio-controlled gate and a modern alarm system. The living area is 160 square meters and comprises in addition to the large living and dining room with veranda and a modern kitchen three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a guest toilet. The large master bedroom has its own small dressing area and a bathroom with window en suite. The two smaller bedrooms share the second, also equipped with window, bathroom. In the large living room with floor-to-ceiling patio doors you will find a spacious dining table and a comfortable sofa area by the fireplace. However, if you prefer to sit outside, in summer you certainly have your favorite spot on our large covered porch, adorned by a large bouganvilla. From there, enjoy the sunsets and the lapping of our fountain. Our house is a non-smoking house with outdoor smoking allowed. However, we ask that you keep the interiors non-smoking. The pool (8,50x 3,80m) is a saltwater pool and use is at your own risk. Children should be over the age of six and swimming, and a disclaimer must be signed at the beginning of the rental period. Please also note that such an object can not do without regular care. In the summer, our gardener looks after a clean garden as well as the water quality and cleans the pool. Therefore, it is essential that our gardener enters the garden twice a week (Tue / Fri). We try to adjust to the times you want, but this is not always possible. We make every effort to be disturbed as little as possible. Our pool is heated by arrangement at an additional cost. For bookings from autumn-spring we have to take a flat rate of 250, - € / week, if the heating is desired. It is agreed that we provide a water temperature of approx. 23 degrees, but the holiday guests outside of the bath times the existing pool cover used to prevent constant cooling, because only so we can keep our prices.
