Welcome to GWL! This 107 year old Arts & Crafts home is charming with high ceilings & beams, trim moldings, porch and original hardwood floors. There is plenty of outdoor space including back yard, a deck, patio & lake deck. Plenty of nooks for you to relax, grill, sip wine from the enclosed porch or watch TV. House faces the lake but you must cross a low traffic street for lake / dock access. Plenty of parking driveway & lakefront. Short walk to the Village, close to all! PERMIT # (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Entire house, outside deck area, and backyard is for your full use. Garage & Basement are not to be accessed. For laundry, guests with a stay of 5+ days may use washer & dryer. Access to entire home and outdoor areas with the exception of the garage and basement. Am available via text & phone. I will not be staying on premise but will meet & greet with you upon arrival and touch base during your stay to ensure you’re all settled in & all is well! There are also trains to Tuxedo but you'll need to take a taxi (about 15 minutes or so) to the house. If you have a car, that's ideal as you can check out nearby Warwick & cruise to the N.J. side of lake too. UBER / lyft: sometimes works Taxis: Night Owl & Mammas (Terry) has mini van Plenty of parking at home. PRICING: Nightly rates include mandatory local & state taxes and per person bed taxes NOISE: house is in a residential community- please be respectful of the neighbors and mindful of noise, NO events permitted. BEACH PASSES: available upon request with small security deposit - returned after check-out. GARBAGE: pick up WED AM please bring to end of driveway TUE night RECYCLES : (single stream) pick up FRI ; please bring to end of driveway THU night SMOKING: please dispose of cigarette buts properly, and not in the dirt or on ground ($50 clean up fee will be charged for clean up). NOTE: please be sure to turn all fans, lights & AC OFF when not in use or in the home - also outdoor lights should be turned off nightly.
