An easily accessible apartment located in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood with quick access to major highways and mass-transit. It includes a full kitchen, spacious living and dining area with a large bathroom and separate bedroom. The apartment opens up to a wrap-around natural stone patio including a stainless steel grill and plenty of outdoor seating for you to enjoy. The train to NYC and all local shops are just 1/2 mile away. As always, this space is thoroughly disinfected prior to each stay. 100% of all surfaces are cleaned with Covid-19 approved disinfectants. We care about our guests and take every precaution to keep you safe. An excellent kitchen with ample work/counter space and a table for four. Also included; Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Stove/Oven, Toaster, Keurig, French Press, Electric Tea Kettle, and Microwave. Use of outdoor grill w/ grilling utensils and a nice patio to enjoy the fresh air along with your meal. We provide plenty of utensils, plates, cups, pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, dish towels, etc. You won't run out and I doubt you'll need something not included. It's well stocked. And of course we always try to include dish soap, sponges, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, garbage bags, cling wrap and foil so you don't need to bring them as we know that's an inconvenience. In the bathroom you will find plenty of fresh bath and hand towels and a plush bath mat. A full length mirror for getting ready with ample lighting over the vanity in which you will find a hair dryer, first aid kit, and some essentials you may have forgotten at home. We include Shampoo, Conditioner and soap. We have excellent water pressure and you will not run out of hot water! We also include beach towels just in case you're interested in heading to the "Jersey Shore". By the way, we recommend Gateway National Park (Sandy Hook, NJ) It's a National Park with excellent beaches, views, and history. In the Living/Lounge area there is a Sony LCD Cable TV with loads of channels including some international and foreign languages. Suitable to hook up your gaming system as well. Comfortable seating/lounging for everyone. All lights in the main living area are conveniently operated via pull chains and there's a ceiling fan for when you want to move the air around. The bedroom has a very comfy mattress and two night tables w/storage as well as a full length dresser with mirror. Your linens and comforter/duvet will be fresh with spares located in the dresser and hall closet. In the same closet there are spare pillows, bedding, blankets and hangers to hang your clothes.
