This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located in historical downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress as it has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one ofthe poorest county in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly. There are numerous antiques stores and several great restaurants. Home is located blocks from St. Johns River and Ravine Gardens. All of the home is available to guests. Host is available to assist by phone and text. I can be available upon request in person. This home is in walking distance to our historic downtown neighborhood. Home is two blocks from Amtrak station. Home has been described by some guests as being on a fairly busy street in town. However, entrance and parking is in back of home and fairly private and not visible from street.
