In a beautiful bush setting this self contained, studio apartment is situated on 5 acres and is within a 10 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Jervis Bay and Huskisson. The apartment offers clean and comfortable accommodation with a large queen size bed and ensuite, with quality towels and toiletries provided. It is fitted out with quality linen and glassware, crockery and cutlery together with a coffee machine. It has modern furniture with a leather lounge and timber dining table, television, DVD player, heater, fan, a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. Enjoy a bottle of wine on arrival, your choice of red or white, and complimentary biscuits and milk with your tea or coffee. Spacious private outdoor paved area with gas bbq and seating. Shared use of an in-ground swimming pool. Huskisson and the beaches of Jervis Bay are just 10 minutes by car providing visitors the best of a bush setting while being close to the bay. The property is non smoking and no pets, suitable only for couples. The studio is separated from our house by a stretch of lawn and has private access via its own patio area. We are on hand to assist as needed but also respect your privacy. Please note: - Minimum 3 nights stay January and Easter. - Minimum 2 nights stay February and long weekends.
