Bright & clean 1 bedroom, perfect for 2 people & fits 4 comfortably & 5 snugly. Newly built modern guesthouse. Very private with a sitting area in back. You can use anything in the well stocked house, sit by the pool, lay in the hammock in front of my house, people watch from the courtyard & play with the GIANT chess set. This is Studio City you may just see a celebrity. Close to Universal Studios, CBS Studios, bus, 24/7Ralphs market, StarBucks, Restaurants, Burbank Airport Lic. Just to reassure you we are cleaning with 99.9% disinfectants to kill colds and viruses and as usual we wash all sheets, duvet covers and towels after every reservation. No kids under 7 yrs old. No getting in the pool please. You may lay by the pool or watch television under the covered patio or lay in the hammock. Only infants that are not walking yet is fine and I have a bassinet if you need it. This is a separate one bedroom house behind my main house My property is fully gated. After booking and before your arrival I will assign a gate code for you to gain access to the guest house. All around the yard is perfectly fine to lounge however please do not get in the pool. You may also play with the big chess set in the front courtyard. Thank you! I live in the front house so I'm not far away if you need me but I like to give people their privacy. This is a safe family neighborhood. you will see people walking their dogs or riding bikes. Possibility of bike rentals for a small fee per day if available. Plenty of free safe non restrictive parking in front of my house or you can park in my circular driveway. If you want the driveway just let me know beforehand so I can open the gate for you. Please Read Entire Ad: Bedroom has a full size bed. There is a queen size bed that is always in the living room however if needed and there are 5 or more guests please let me know so I can set up either the single fold out cot or the full size comfortable bean bag mattress for 5 or 6 people. Sometimes their are 3 guests and they each want their own bed and in that case I charge a minimal one time rental fee for the foldout cot or the beanbag mattress. Please message me to let me know you if you need the foldaway bed/cot or bean bag mattress. I'm trying to accomodate your needs. :-) Thank you!
