The entire space is yours, completely private and separate - including entranceway, kitchen, large living room/dining area with a 12 x 16 private deck, bedroom, and bathroom. The space is 900 sq ft of charm...Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evenings on your own private deck. We are here to help if needed but leave guests in peace and quiet to enjoy the private space. Walking distance to antiques, restaurants and shops in the lovely village of Millbrook Guest have a private driveway to the far right of the house as you are facing the house. The nearest train station is Poughkeepsie, N.Y. (20 miles distance) or Dover, NY (15 miles distance). This apartment is primarily set up for 2 adults and one young (over age 12) child. Not very well set up for toddlers or very young children as there are wall to wall carpets.Many kitchen and bathroom cabinets for children to get and is not child-proofed at all.
