The entrance is on different floors and ground level and leads directly in the kitchen living with wardrobe, lounge and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:Ground floor: Wind trap 40 sqm and with lounge. 2nd floor: Living room / bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 2 persons. You have access to the 10 sqm loggia. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom 10 sqm and with dinette, TV, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (50 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom 8 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
