Freshly painted beautiful walls and newly refinished wooden floors. Modern stainless steel kitchen appliances with granite countertops and ceramic floors.The theater room has a reclining red leather coach. The reading area has a tan leather very comfortable rocking recliner chair. The house also has a fire place. The wall art lights comes on & off automatically at night. The house is very comfortable, soft and elegant with a comfort of security. There is a business center area with a fully supplied large computer desk, with a charging station outlet plugs and a large shredder beside the desk. The windows are dressed to the 9 and the front and back gardens are Exquisite! Flat screen TV in every room of the house for your comfort. The bedroom suites are all very well supplied. The suite has a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, your own dishes & silverware, 2 sets of towels, lighted wall vanity mirror, 32 shoe rack, plenty of shelves on the wall for storage, 4 drawer, 2 shelves and a cabnet under the bed!!! If that’s not enough, you also get a big deep walk in closet that also has a big high shelf at the top of the hanging rack. There is a fully supplied desk that has 2 drawers, a lamp, pencil, ink pen, letter opener, ruler, tape, paper clips, stapler, and a stapler remover, on the desk. The table top rises if you want to stand up to type. The bathroom is fully supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning equipment and supplies, Q-tips, cotton pads, floss, alcohol, first aid kit, air freshener, Clorox wipes. My guest has access to the living room, which is the Theater room. This TV has cable, Netflix and it also gets current movies. Guess also has access to the dinning room. This room offers a very nice business center that has a fully supplied desk with a charging station and a large shredder. It’s beside a very comfortable dining areas. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and ceramic floors. Guess can also enjoy the front and the back yard. The house is very quiet and private. This house is independent living. The house is very quiet with lots of nice areas to enjoy. You may not see anyone but if you do no one will ever be in your way. Easy living. Sometimes there could be a movie playing on a 100 ft movie screen in the back yard. The camp fire, musics and s’more could be in the back yard. Interaction is up to the individual but don’t let that stop you from enjoying the activities. There are 7 sitting areas, big pumpkins swimmings, a fire pit and games, just to name a few.
