Pet fees for longer term stays (over a week) are negotiable 2) Disclose if you are bringing a dog at the time if booking 3) One dog maximum (unless otherwise agreed upon) 4) Dog must be well behaved and not an excessive barker 5) When outside of the condo pets must be on a leash at all time 6) Dogs must go to the bathroom in the designated dog area located in the common lawn adjacent to the parking lot 7) Dogs may not be on the golf course during golf season (they can be walked on leash when the golf course is closed) 8) No dogs on the furniture 9) If we receive complaints about your dog from any neighbors or learn that you are not abiding by these rules, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation
