Recently remodeled studio completely furnished in a warm, inviting home! The suite features a full size bed, living and dining areas, an adjoining private bathroom with shower, mini-fridge, microwave, espresso & coffee makers. Located in a safe, quiet, residential Balt. neighborhood. Nearby vibrant commercial district, 15 min from downtown. Relax on backyard deck, easy street parking, close access to I95 expways. Foreigners - Host is fluent in 5 languages! Medical Pros welcome & stay here. It is a very sunny and independent striking suite located in bright basement provided with full size bed, closet, desk, bookcases, basic kitchen amenities, living room and dinning room furniture. I like to collect art work from around the world, so you will feel at home here no matter where you are from. The full bathroom (shower) has been recently renovated. Wi-fi throughout. If needed and under request (showing proof to Covid vaccine and weekly Covid test), guests can have full use of the kitchen, as well as front and back yards. Back yard is specially gorgeous in spring and summer when the dogwoods and the magnolia tree are in bloom. The backyard is fenced with a large deck that is perfect for enjoying meals, conversation and even dances, (tango encouraged)!! If I am in the United States or Maryland, I will be present during the guest's stay. I am easygoing and will try to make my guests' stay as unique and memorable as possible. I know how difficult it can be to be in a strange land/city, especially as a foreigner, and I will do all I can to assist you. Baltimore can be a fascinating city and your stay should be informative, exciting and super pleasant. (BTW: I speak native Spanish, also English, Arabic, and I understand French , Italian and Portuguese - lucky!! I am a language teacher, too!) Residential and safe area in NE Baltimore, the neighborhood is mostly single homes, so this is how the "real" Baltimore families live. The houses were built in the 20's and 30's which give a lot of character to the neighborhood. Most homes have large backyards, quite uncommon for being in the city. The Hamilton section is becoming much sought after. Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and bookstores are starting to populate the commercial area and it offers some of the best of city living. By car, there is easy access to I-95, I-895 and I-695 and you can be in the heart of downtown in 15 minutes or less. Johns Hopkins Hospital is about 10 minutes away, Morgan State University - 5 and Johns Hopkins Univ Campus approx 10 min.. Also, there is ample parking in my neighborhood. If you don't have a car, city MTA buses can take you anywhere you need and I have the bus schedules. Zack is in the house!!! He is a little very old, fraile and sick Yorkie at this moment, allergy proof, very friendly and social with humans but not so much with other dogs when they are in his space.
