Bright, airy and spacious, the Guest House is located on the beach side of Austinmer and includes: - 40m2 internal area including separate living/kitchen area, bedroom with office/study nook, bathroom, and exclusive use laundry. - exclusive use of a partially covered rear sun-drenched deck with breakfast table setting. - Fully equipped kitchen, stone benchtops, and quality inclusions. - marble finishes in Bathroom. - the Guest House has its own attached private laundry with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron - Quality linen, furnishings and homewares. Beach towels also provided for your use during your stay. - POD coffee machine and pods, coffee and mixed tea sachets provided - TV in both bedroom and living room.
