Old Bahnwärterhaus, beautiful secluded location, Vulkaneifel, new, fully equipped

Our apartment is located in the old Bahnwärterhaus of Schalkenmehren, in the middle of the Vulkaneifel between Trier and Koblenz, just off the scenic Mittelmosel. Brand new renovated, it now invites guests to linger. The romantic enchanted garden terrace including garden furniture and barbecue is at your disposal. The apartment is upstairs and can range from 1 - 4 persons are used. Pets are not allowed. The house is located in the pristine nature of the Eifel mountain range on the edge of the nature reserve 'Dauner Maare'. The name "Little Retreat" was chosen because were found under the house remains of a Roman villa rustica, which are still partially visible today.
