Located in Wild Harbor Estates, which is considered one of the Cape's most beautiful & sought after neighborhoods, with a gorgeous private white sandy beach and association tennis courts. Stroll to beach, bike path, kayak launch, bocce. This sun splashed ranch features a spacious kitchen/dining area, 2 living areas- Living room & Sunroom. Great outdoor space - large deck and private back yard, spacious outdoor shower. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front patio & cook out on the back deck. Our lovely beach house is freshly painted and sparkling clean. It is very open, sunny and spacious with plenty of places to find peace. This is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home that sleeps 6 with two separate living areas and large private outdoor space. The master has a queen bed and a half bathroom. Each of the other 2 bedrooms has 2 twin beds and share a full bathroom. You can enjoy television or games in the living room. The sunroom is a also perfect gathering spot-a giant octagon with cathedral ceiling, skylights, flat screen TV and surrounded by windows so you'll feel as though you are in a tree house! There's a sizable back deck with a Weber grill and dining set for six, a front patio complete with rocking chairs, and a large shady back yard with gazebo, tea garden, hammock, and an oversized enclosed hot and cold water outdoor shower. Guests will have access to the entire property, beach, and neighborhood. There is parking for 4 vehicles, 2 in the driveway and 2 in front of the property. Homeowner will be available by phone or email to answer questions or help with any issues that might arise during your stay. As you enter the neighborhood past the security guard house, you will find stunning gardens and beautiful well maintained homes. The usual cape cod traffic gives way to golf carts, foot and bike traffic. The stroll to the beach (about 10 minutes in flip flops, no rush) is like a walk through a well manicured park. There is a parking lot for bikes, carts, and cars at the beach. So many amenities open only to those lucky enough to stay in Wild Harbor Estates! Beach side bocce, two perfect tennis courts, a picnic area, Osprey nest watching to name a few. A true escape from the crowds at public cape beaches, the Wild Harbor Beach is only for neighborhood members and their guests. There is also a place by the beach to launch your kayaks or paddleboard. There are several restaurants, a general store, a specialty cheese shop, a liquor store, ATM, a cafe, a diner, and gas station within a few minutes from our home by car. Be sure to visit the nearby beautiful Shining Sea Bikeway which leads all the way to Wood's Hole. You can even take your bikes over on a ferry to Martha's Vineyard for a day trip. Easy access into the lovely town of Falmouth for shopping and dining. Use our home as your launching point to explore the whole cape. There is so much to see and do here. Countless sandy beaches, charming and quaint New England towns, wonderful restaurants, shops, art galleries, state parks, hiking trails, lakes and ponds. The options are endless. Whether it's swimming, fishing, biking, boating, dining, sightseeing, shopping, or just relaxing, this cape home is the perfect place for your summer vacation. Get here sooner as it's not far from Bourne bridge. Beach is accessible by walking , bike, or car. There is a parking lot at the beach if you want to bring your vehicle. 1 Entry pass will be provided for the duration of your stay.
