You will love my home. Easy, comfortable, great neighborhood, and close to many attractions: Mall at Sugarloaf, Mall of GA, lush parks, downtown Buford & Lawrenceville, and more. Under an hour from North GA wine country, or midtown ATL .. similar time to eclectic college town Athens, GA. Also Enjoy nearby attractions like Andretti Indoor Karting & Games and TopGolf! And wind down at table and chairs on the back patio, with peaceful views of green space and organic garden. My home is 2-story, with standard stairs and bedrooms on 2nd floor. Each bedroom has its own character and style you'll enjoy! The common area has 4K HDTV, and fireplace (owner-operated only). Your full bathroom is upstairs, with a half bathroom downstairs. You will get a code for front door keypad so you can come and go. You are welcome to your bedroom(s) and full bathroom upstairs, and the common area and half bathroom downstairs. Space will be allocated for you in the refrigerator. House rules apply. I love company and look forward to chatting and fellowship at times during your stay. However, I can also grant you space if you prefer. I totally understand, since I have active productive life as well. No parties allowed. No pets allowed. Thank you. We have a fun multi-cultural street and neighborhood, with sidewalks for walking/jogging. Parking is available for two standard-size vehicles max. Host will direct parking location upon your arrival. Besides any personal vehicle you bring, uber and lyft also operate in our area. MARTA is also an option closer to the city. My home is on a cul-de-sac, so your parking would be on cul-de-sac curb just to the left of based of driveway, and/or on the driveway at the bottom nearest that same left-side curb .. only two spots total, very close and convenient!
