Just metres from the beach, surrounded by lawn with reserve next door for uninterrupted views. Kitchen that overlooks the bay, electric stove, large 2 door fridge/freezer, no microwave, Delonghi Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods). Open plan dining and lounge area with TV, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms, small bathroom with shower and basin, separate w/c. Laundry with top loading washing machine and sink. Undercover deck with outdoor setting and gas BBQ, sit relax and enjoy the views! Walking path in front - walk to jetty one way, and Flaherty's Beach the other way. Stroll to the new nature playground. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - double plus bunk. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels Pt Turton has a Tavern, general store with general groceries, bait, ice, fuel, delicious baked pastries and take away food.
