Public transport includes regular buses (bus stop one block away) to the beach or to the city (or light rail from nearby Haberfield/Leichhardt), Sydney Opera House, Sydney Fish Markets, Darling Harbour, Circular Quay. Also, nearby Drummoyne has a ferry service to all Sydney Harbour wharves and Parramatta River. There are also ferry transfers from Circular Quay to Taronga Zoo. There are plenty of restaurants and hotels on nearby Lyons Road (10 minute walk) or nearby suburbs, Rozelle, Balmain and Leichhardt. Palace Cinemas are at Leichhardt or Hoyts at Broadway Shopping Centre. Birkenhead Outlet Centre is a 15-20 minute walk away.
