As one of the original workers cottages believed to be built in the early 1940's, 'Summer Villa' has been a well loved family holiday home for many years. There is parking for your car and boat right outside the house. Somerset Dam village itself has a unique welcoming atmosphere with so much to explore. Waterski, wakeboard, wakesurf or fish on the dam or swim in the enclosed swimming area down at the Spit, only a three minute drive.
