With 2 bedrooms [one with en-suite] each having 2 small double beds, there is ample space to have a peaceful nights sleep. For larger parties, we have a sofa bed available in the living room. We have the luxury of allocated parking for our guests, and with such great motorway connections running through Wakefield (M1, M62) it is a great spot for those commuting to other nearby cities. We are approx. 20 mins drive from Leeds city centre. For longer stays, we can offer our cleaning services to ensure you really can put y our feet up and relax during your stay!
