Muskoka Lake front cottage rental (your new oasis)

Fully equipped Lake front cottage, 3 bedroom, 1 bath on lake Muskoka (close to Bala). With car and trailer parking, fire pit area next to rental, Propane BBQ, Sat TV, high speed internet (WiFi), linens, pillows, blankets, fully loaded kitchen (dishwasher), boat house w/ carpeted roof top for sunning. Water area; has a nice sandy swimming area,a Canoe and life jackets are available The Master bedroom has satellite TV, and the cottage has a backup generator to ensure has basic hydro and water supplies if any outages should occur. The cottage is situated 50 steps from the lake; with a roof-top boathouse (w surrounding safety railing) for lounging and sun tanning. There's also a path leading to the lake which has a sandy beach area grading out to the lake. Renters enjoy a private dock area and boat slip, sandy swimming area with walk-in beach area, screened in porch area for day/night entertainment, and BBQ on the deck which runs along the font of the cottage and over looks the lake. Host are near by and always available for assistance should you need it. Guests will be greeted and provided access upon arrival. The neighborhood/island is quiet, and the cottage is located about 50' from the picturesque road which is used by local traffic for walking, biking, jogging and pet walking. The island is accessible by car or boat; if you launch your boat on Muskoka Lake. There is no public transit but there is taxi service available within the local area. Fire pit next to the cottage with provided fire wood, however the fire pit is conditional on fire ban in effect. *You can check the billboard sign posted on hwy 38 on your way in* VERY IMPORTANT: Garbage and recycling pickup is by 9am Wednesday.
