***Year Round Retreat - Fully equipped for Fall and Winter Rentals including - Fireplace, Furnace and Road Maintenance**** A large 1,800 sq. ft cottage on a level lot located within 2 hours of Toronto. 3 large bedrooms plus a loft, 3 bathrooms including en-suite. This spacious private space is perfect for you and your family’s dream summer or winter get away. Household amenities include fireplace, furnace, AC, washer, dryer and appliances (including dishwasher) in a full, large kitchen. The cottage is fully equipped and includes bedding and towels. We also provide one bag of wood for the fire-pit and a propane BBQ. The main floor has 3 bedrooms - two with a queen bed and one with two single beds. The loft has two single day beds and one queen futon. The great room also includes a twin day bed. There are a number of activities indoor and out. Spend your mornings in the kayaks or an afternoon enjoying the sandbar at the lake. If fishing is your calling, there is an abundance of bass, walleye, muskie, and pike. A free public boat launch is located in town for your boat. The cottage shoreline is shallow and sandy. Enjoy stargazing in the evenings while relaxing around the fire-pit. Watch a movie on the big-screen or have a family game night with any one of the number of boardgames available. Unlimited wi-fi is included. Full access to water toys, kayaks, life jackets, outdoor games, BBQ, lawn chairs and firewood. I'll be available on my cell should anything come up. The location of the cottage is ideal for exploring the local area as it's only 5 minutes off Highway 7. The local town of Marmora has a grocery store, LCBO, Beer Store, Tim Hortons, pharmacy and a few cafes and restaurants. The waterside park & splashpad is a great spot to spend a few hours with the kids. There are also tennis courts and an off-leash dog park nearby. Parking for 7 cars. You’ll need a car to get into town.
